PSA Nitrogen gas generator
PSA stands for Pressure Swing Adsorption.
It is an advanced gas separation technology based on adsorption at the inner molecular surface of the gas. By separating different gases from each other according to the characteristics of that gas by PSA, this technology can separate nitrogen gas at 95-99.99% purity from gas that exists in nature. This PSA nitrogen gas generator consists of 5 main differentials:
1.Compressed Air Purification System
This will be compressed air and air. and separate the required gases from water, dust and oil from the air. by using different types of filters including air drier
2.Air buffer system
This part is a nitrogen gas storage tank that has been filtered to separate unwanted gases and liquids. This section consists of an earring sine for controlling the flow of gas in and out.
3.Oxygen and Nitrogen Separation System
This is the most important part. Is a part that consists of Nitrogen producing equipment is a two-bag cylinder that uses an adsorption principle where carbon molecules are involved to obtain pure nitrogen gas.
4.Nitrogen Buffer System
This is a pure nitrogen buffer. for stability in further use This section may have another layer of air filter to remove dust to a minimum before using nitrogen gas.
5.Electrical Control System
This is the circuit board that controls the entire nitrogen gas generator set.
